Replaced ABS computer - Clearing Rolls Info fails

I'm able to connect to the ABS ecu using AlfaOBD and I can do the ECU initialization, clear codes in the ABS computer and BCM, I can reset the longitudinal sensor and when I cycle the key the the off position and then run position it needs to reconnect, then I try and hit clear Rolls Information and it says failed, I have tried this step in between every step and it fails. What am I doing wrong, it is a new ABS ecu from Mopar on a 2013 Ram 1500 w/ 5.7
