So my brake light come on intermittently while driving with the code of C1009. I bought a new reservoir to replace but the light ended up always on.
The investigation manual says the resistance reading on the sensor should be between 9500k and 10500k ohm. Tested the new one, constantly at 6 ohm, regardless filled or empty. Recleaned the old one and tested at 73k ohm when almost full. Temporarily put the old one back and waiting for a new reservoir from a different vendor.
But does anyone know what a normal reading for the resistance should be when the reservoir is empty?
