Rim load capacity

I've read a lot on rim offset/back spacing.. And from the help of y'all fine folk.. I finally got me a set of rims I like...

With all the other info out there., does any worry about rim load capacity.. The rims I got are rated at 2500 pounds.. I'm not to worried about that because I see a lot of xd addicts on rams and they are rated at 2200..

Does the load capacity really matter if you don't heavy haul or tow?

My 2015 is rated at 3500# for each axle, you could get rims rated for 1750# and be fine.

I was wondering about all that because it says the max gvw divided my 2.. Made no sense to me.. I mean I'm not worried just wondering If anybody knew what was up

wow.. maybe they are rated per pair? That would be pretty fishy I think...

I didn't know RIMS had load ratings. What your WHEELS? LOL

Wheels have load rating per wheel just like tires. And even though they are divided across your axle, you could still over load one in theory.

I picked up a set of **** cepek gunmetal 7 rims.. I think they are slick..
