Just ordered some new Fuel Rims for my Ram. I am curious what everyone is using to secure their rims. I have Rim Locks on my Ram right now that I can use again but what is everyone else using themselves? Center Cap locks?

chances are your rim locks won't fit in the holes for the lugs on the Fuel wheels.

You can get rim locks (yes, keyed locking lugnut or cut lug with specific pattern) for your wheels but you have to make sure the shoulder cut is correct.

I've never used a center cover lock but I suspect is it like a keyed socket head screw.

Thanks for the information everyone. I currently have the Gorilla Wheel Locks (71641X model) and if those won't fit onto the new rims, I will have to shop for new ones.

Thanks again!

Depending on the style of wheel and the clearance around each lug nut, you may or may not be able to use wheel lug locks. Center cap locks are made for center caps that cover the lugs with an anchor hole and attached via a bolt/screw. It looks like Fuel center caps are held on with multiple screws. You may or may not be able to find a security screw to fit those as they are pretty small.

If they want your wheels they will get them, those special lug nuts wont even slow them down.

Those locking lug nuts look like they should work, the O.D. doesn't look to big nor the length, just depends on the clearance you have under the centercap and dia. of the mounting holes

I use Gorilla Automotive 76643NBC on mine but I have exposed lugs on my XD wheels.
