Hey guys, just order some 35x12.5 nitto trail grapplers and am now looking for some rims that are going to work with them, I have a 2.5" rc leveling kit on and want em to stick out a bit to be flush with the buskwacker fender flares, am wondering what offset I should be looking for, was going to order the black fuel hostages 20x9 with the -12 offset, anyone know if that will work or am I going to rub?

You will rub..trust me I ran that tire and wheel offset with just a 2.5" level.. and I rubbed the fender liner and the metal door tab on the body..if that makes sense lol

I got that size with 1 inch spacers and i only rubbed on 1 spot on the drivers side, little 2"x2" plastic bump out.. used a heat gun and pushed it back so now i dont rub, not sure what the bump out was for but it was void behind it.

The outside edge of my wheel is where i get the rub, so the offset isnt really a factor. 35's are pushing it for size with just a leveling kit.

A 0 offset is ideal for the least amount of rubbing! But like mentioned running a true 35x12.5 with just a level, you have some rub no matter what!

alright thanks guys will go with the 0 offset and since the tires are already ordered... looks like that's my excuse to have to do a 3" body lift now :)

I mean you could do wheel spacers..but I personally don't trust them! You could trim you fenders like I did before I put on the body lift, but I regret cutting a new truck lol..learn from me, if you want to run 35's do a body lift as well!

I dont really trust spacers either, but while trucks under warrenty and I bought the truck from the dealer with these rims and spacers already on it ill keep em on. Once i lift there coming off.

With a body lift you should be good with 35's not sure what offset youd want.

I agree with Glockram. Do the body lift so you want have any issues with rubbing. Then you can run a negative off-set wheel without any issue.

Ended up ordering the PA 3" body lift, and went with the fuel hostages 20x9 with +1 offset, now the waiting game, how hard is the install on the body lift, anything to look out for?

It isn't hard it is just time consuming and takes a lot of focus. There is a lot of unclipping things, drilling, grinding. Overall I would say deff need to download the color directions off the PA website because it makes things much better. Take your time and it will all work.

0 offset is pretty good with 12.5 wide. i ran it and it mostly rubs when at full look on an uneven surface, not a huge deal.. and it only rubs on the driver side fender liner.
