Good evening everyone, bought this truck (2019 ram classic big horn) with 4" leveling kit, noticed that the front end always is bouncy and suspension doesnt work correctly. i did inspected it and found that there is no travel on the front strut, it is always sitting on the bump stop, previous owner told me that he bought everything from american trucks and all they recommended to do, he did it, however control arms are not holding the right angle they are all the way up instead down. almost like if the strut or the coil are not a correct match. one or the other is not right.
have somebody here experienced this before?

4" is too much without a drop bracket kit. Ideally 2-2.5" is about as far as you want to go without a bracket lift. (Assuming 4x4 here). Hard to give a good diagnosis without seeing pictures of it, but I would absolutely get rid of the 4" lift struts and go with something in the 2-2.5" range.as well as new swaybar end links and probably upper control arms.

Rough Country equals cheap, poorly engineered, ill fitting, crap that should never be put on a vehicle. Strip it all out and go back to OEM or get a quality and complete lift kit.
