Question Gents. This is my 16’ 1500 Big Horn. Great truck. I run the rough country 2.5” leveling kit and 35x12 BFGs. Whenever I turn the wheel while moving, in either direction I get a pretty loud clicking/grinding noise. I don’t feel it at all and it hasnt effected my driving. I don’t see any marks or areas where it hits when I’ve done tires rotations or brake jobs. Any thoughts? I ran this exact set up on my 14’ express and didn’t have this issue one bit (yes I know it’s a different year and model)

I had this happen when i changed struts on my toyota solara and it happened to be the upper mount was put on in the incorrect position and once it was corrected the noise stopped....just a thought if you didnt mark the mount and spring before taking it apart
