So I have some basic, salty road rust, on the wheels. But one of my rotors went bad and now that wheel looks like ****. I used this end all be all wheel cleaner and a scotch brite pad on it, it got better. But not great.

I am wondering if it will ever look new again. And if I got them powder-coated would they do the surface stuff again next winter? I need a more durable finish...

Thanks in advance for your help

Never Dull might be something to try. I use it on my chrome clads and it takes everything off that I have encountered.

Yeah, that is why they look this good. It was much worse before.
