See them all the time here in the Houston area to include Silverados with them. But it looks to be missing a few things from all of the. I have ever seen. Heres their website it list their packages and what should be on the truck for the 15k add on....which can be done a lot cheaper with better quality parts.

As mentioned I'm sure you could manage to piece together for cheaper BUT there are those out there with extra $$$ to spend ( or finance ) and want it done from the get go. Just depends on who you are I guess - beyond my means though I know that!
