Scraches give a truck charecter right :(

Had someone someone decide to leave some paint and scratches on the side of my truck. Had to be a big utility truck or something because it was almost up on the hood.

Luckily most of the paint came off but the scratches are really...really deep. Did my best with some touch up paint because I really don't wanna pay a body shop right now since I'm loosing my job.

Sometimes I think I just wanna start stabbing people.

Trying to get pics to load right now. Got the scratches where you can't tell from afar, and really about 10 feet away. But if your closer than 10 feet you can see them...plus if the light hits them a certain way they still look really bad.

I was able to get all the pain off, as for the sratches. I touched them up best I could...this just shows how deep they are.

Whats bad I'm not even sure what could have done it at that level..kind of a odd angle..unless it was an older truck with some steel mirror or something. It's wait beyond my skill level to fix.

from 10 feet away I had to point it out to a few people but some seen it and when your close it's bad...just rustling my jimmies with everything I got going on now.

I'm hoping it will be a cheaper fix but who knows...gonna get a quote sometime this week. My insurance deductible is only 250 but I wanted to keep it off carfax records. I know that sounds bad but someone will nit pick it if I ever sell it.

Hate to say it but that looks more like a key then another vehicle.

Unless its your repair job the lines look more like a shaky hand and would probably be a little straighter if it was another vehicle!

I'd take care of it through insurance as CARFAX won't log it as an accident-no police report would have been filed. So, just have it repainted. Man, that really sucks.

It looks pretty deep, it may not be able to be corrected. I'd have a professional detailer look at it first. IMHO you are going to have to have it spot painted by a body shop.

Yeah, i was thinking the same thing when i saw his pictures. Like a key, screwdriver, etc...
