Clean the rust out with a Brillo pad and then paint over it with finger nail polish clear coat. That will last a little while and need to be redone. Or get a new bumper.

On older vehicles with chrome bumpers, when I would get a scratch like that I'd clean up the rust and use a small brush to apply a few coats of silver automotive paint. I doubt anyone but you would notice it. If you're really worried about how it looks you'll need to replace the bumper.

How old is the truck? Is it scratch, or a split/crack ?

its a 2019 but I just bought it a few weeks ago and didn’t notice the scratch at the dealership. It’s a scratch. And the truck is my second vehicle. I do use it for housework but it’s my nice vehicle for going out also, I drive a Honda Civic for a commuter car

If it's only a few weeks old you might want to take it back to the dealer and bring it to their attention to see if they will do anything for you. If they won't then you're no worse off.

It's definitely worth a try. Maybe try to negotiate some kind of split with them on the cost. I was able to convince a dealership to pay half the cost of replacing the transmission on a used truck I bought once. Trans went out about 2 weeks after I bought it and factory power train warranty had expired.
