Seatbelt help Please

Just bought a used 04 ram and the seatbelt chime stays on even with the seatbelt on. Looked under the seat and I see 3 unplugged set of wires. One is connected to the bottom of the seat which seems to just be an extension as it has a male and female end and is about 2 feet long. The third comes from the seatbelt itself. I plugged the seatbelt plug into one end of the extension, but don't see anywhere to plug in the other end which I would assume would be somewhere on the truck.

I would like to either find where the plug goes or unplug the charm.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
