hey all,
so my shift linkage bushings are on their way out. it wont go fully into park, so i have to use my parking brake whenever i park, or it can and will roll. i have to start it in neutral, so i went and got some bushings the other day. the problem is, i cant figure out where the bushing is located, nor can i find a video describing the process. anyone know what to do?

Look at your steering column where it enters the engine bay, you may see something there. Then follow it down towards the transmission. There may be some in either location and or both. Get under truck and identify linkage from above and look for bushings. It’s been a long time since I’ve messed with them , but I’m sure they are like always. Once you get looking you’ll find them.
