Shift solonoid/transmission torc specs

Recently my 2006 5.7 stopped shifting into any gear. Can’t feel it shift, nothing. Thinking it’s the solenoid in the transmission and bought a new one and gotta put it in, anyone know the torc specs on these? Been bouncing around a bit and the chilton I ordered doesn’t get here for awhile.
