I actually like the look of plastidip over bedliner. Bedliner is just to rough and looks odd sometimes... Im not sure what plastidip would look like on rockers though

because pd is the cheap and easy way out. if you go paint either way would be badass.i think the matte will stand out a little more cause of the contrast.

Seen on other websites...

Friends don't let friends do plastidip.

Guys that use plastidip can't commit, never date one.

When you put duct tape in a spray can, you get Plastidip. <<my favorite!

Personally, I believe its a half azzed way of gettting around any real skills or investment, like painting or powder coating. Hey, I have friends that use it, but they know my feelings.

Sorry...your thread title and first post(s) suggest something different.

So I posted what I read elsewhere. It was with a sardonic sense humor and love in my heart.

PD really is like a addiction, most guys try it a couple of times, think they can stop, then the next thing you know, half thier vehicle is covered with it. Or more.

There are slso the binge users...one month it's the emblems...a couple months later the rims...however the end result is the same.

Soon every nick, dent, rust spot, and other imperfection is covered with this evil back substance. It's like spider man one day and venom the next...

Lol i think people mainly hate plasti dip because the name just makes it sound cheasy. I did my wheels and love it, havent done anything else. Its funny I thought it was the cheap way out and was just using it to see if I liked my wheels black, but in the end I liked it better than my friend who had his powder coated and another who painted his matte black. And the best part, i paid nothing compared to them. Im not saying do the whole truck, but wheels and bumpers and small things are fine
