Small problem. Rather annoying. In cold weather, Less than 10 degrees, my Sirius radio stops working. Simply reverts to FM. Anyone else have this issue? Know of any fix?

SiriusXM

Hi there-

I've checked with our OEM engineers, and it sounds like it's a radio/hardware issue. We believe this because you are still getting SiriusXM when the weather is warmer out. Meaning the radio is receiving the signal that is being sent.

Our suggestion is to bring it back to the dealership and see if they can run a test on it. They might need to replace the radio. Are you still under bumper to bumper warranty? (3 years/36,000 miles?)

If you have any other questions, please feel free to send us an email with your contact information to [email protected], and we'd be happy to help.

I have also had no issues with freezing (below 0°) temperatures.
