hey all, curious if anyone has purchased or created for themselves a sliding truck bed rack. Something that can be pulled out on rails, making deeper stored items more accessible. I’ve seen some online as cheap as $100 all the way up to 2000, curious if anyone has tackle this timeselves.

I keep my extended snow brush in the truck bed all year. When I can't reach something in back and don't want to crawl in there, I use the snow brush - $5.

An old fire poker or anything with a hook on the end (old broomstick with a long bolt drilled through the end) should bring most of what you need to the back of the bed.

The best solution and most versatile for me are plastic bins and a small step latter. The step latter can be used to get into the bed or access things from the side. It is also good for access to the engine bay. I have a 2500 with a tonnou cover.

That is pretty interesting. My only concern is the added weight. Very very cool. Great work

Here is an idea. I've been wanting to make something similar as well.

Nice work. But with the drawers you are limited to things that can fit in them by the width and depth. Electric hand tools would work.

You can find totes at Walmart that fit perfectly under your tonnoue cover at walmart.

You can load/unload them into your garage and take what you need.

Not sexy but functional.
