So I put a used 57 hemi in my truck

With 120000 miles on it, it ran great for about I don't know 10 Miles and then it started kind of stuttering at low r p m's it stutters , if I put it in passing gear , it runs great only at cruising speeds low r p m , it messes up

your going to need to redo your post we need more information year of your truck any dtc's ect. liek did you take a junk yard engine and do nothing to it and expect it to run? did you change plugs ect ect?
