May be elevation. It's like 6k or so in Albuquerque, then towing here equals **** mileage for anything.
Maybe gas too. Cali 91 is **** water when trying to tune turbo cars vs our 91. The more crap they add can kill the mpg.

for some reason in the desert like vegas or new mexico mpg's are horrible in hemi's.I drove my 06 to vegas for work back in 07 and it was getting 20 mpg in florida and about 11mpg in vegas.

Dang, maybe I need to invest in a tuner, I'm only getting 8.1 mpg's that's all city driving and all thats done to my truck is a level and 33x12.50 toyo mt's, oh and its a 4.7 (which I'll never buy again, its such a ****)

I recently got a Trinity with hemifever tuning. The screen was a little messed up, so I sent it back to DiabloSport for a replacement. I ran it about a week and saw my mileage (according to EVIC) going up, but I also wasn't using the remote start as much. I started keeping my own mileage last time I filled my truck up, and quit using remote start. The Trinity is supposed to be delivered again tomorrow. I'm not going to install it again until after this tank is gone, maybe one more tank. So I'll update my mileage then, but I do only in town driving.
