I have a complete kit to install steering wheel radio controls on '13+ trucks. The switches have some scratches on them but they work fine.
The rear cover has a lot of scratches on it. If it were me, I'd buy a new one. You could definitely use it as it isn't cracked or anything, but it doesn't look great.
If you're upgrading from an RA1 and need the front left switch with phone and VR buttons, I have one I'll throw in for free. I haven't tested it and it's used so I won't make any promises about it working. But, you can't beat the price.
I'd like to get $100 shipped for everything.
