This came off my 2012 Ram 1500, long story short per my smog station and S&B customer service this will only pass CARB requirements on 2009-2013 2500 & 3500 along with 2013 1500s now. Prior to this smog it passed every time. If you are outside of a CARB state not an issue and will fit any 2009-2013 1500. Everything included, I took the picture after I boxed it up and returned to stock, I was pretty mad about the new CARB stuff, but I included the exploded view from the manual(I still have all the instructions). Everything from the manual is included, I used a paper filter not oil and it is probably due to be replaced. $150 and buyer pays shipping, if you're near the central coast of CA I could meet as well! Works great just no longer meets CARB standards for some reason
