My company (and others) get huge insurance breaks for implementing speed controls. It wastes fuel, makes it unsafe for the general public,and rarely has a positive impact merging. But thats my 2 cts. Insurance companies and trucking companies gotta know more than me, after all they logged over a million accident free miles too. Didn't they? ...............not even close.
