Something I made at school for my truck

Decided to make me a hitch cover but wanted to go big big big and aluminum. So I cut one out with the plasma after having the art teacher draw me a patern to go by. Made the shaft out of aluminum strips welded up and rounded. Finally filled and buffed with a dremel and grinder. Also, I think its missing something but I don't know what so if you have any ideas let me know. Btw, my truck is never this dirty.

Just for farts and funnies lets say I was a supporting member who could sale these how many would be interested in a Reese hitch cover out of steel or aluminum to any specs and design as long as it doesn't require a CNC machine? Or any custom add ons handcrafted made in America by hand? Now don't get me wrong I'm no salesman and don't want to be but I'm just looking for a way to get more practice and maybe a little extra cash but ill promise good quality and do my best to meet your standards if I should ever build these and sale them on here.
