I own a 2019 Dodge RAM 1500 big horn with the 3.6L engine. When I stop at a traffic light I feel a "Bump" almost like the engine is misfiring. bump. bump, randomly and not consistently. I took it to the local dealer and they said the transmission programming needed change. They did that and now my gas milage has dropped by 2 to 4 MPG on the highway and I still have the issue. Any ideas?

If you have a 2 piece driveshaft, check the splines over at the center bearing. Some guys have had issues with the driveshaft not wanting to slide smoothly on the splines and have success with lubing the splines with a good quality grease or anti-seaze. Not saying it's your issue, but worth checking if you have the 2 piece driveshaft.
