Spec-D halo projector headlights

Hey so I just bought spec-D halo projector headlights bi-xenon and I installed just how they said but when I tried them out they just started strobing so I looked online and it said i may need to use resistors and a wiring harness just wondering if anyone can help me with if this is what I'll need so they will work and what kind of relay ill need if I can just use a single harness or what's going on so just wondering if anyone can help me get them working cause I have no headlights until I get it figured out

I believe you can piece this all together locally but would be much more difficult. Heres a thread showing what capacitor and stuff you need...

from what I understand, mopar has some kind of pulse signal for the lights and the capacitor stores juice while the pulse is low to keep steady supply of power to the bulbs.

Exactly its called pulse width modulation and HID relays don't like it very much. I had to flip a connector on mine to make the capacitor work correctly.
