spectre cold air intake system

I debated it for a while, but the stock airbox set up is pretty decent as it is. I just got a K&N replacement filter and used that. After thought, I wouldn't have even used the K&N. The Spectre system isn't going to get you any performance gains, or mileage, for that matter. Now, if you just want to spend some money, and swap out the intake, by all means, go for it. Just know, you won't gain anything by doing it (performance wise). That's my 2 cents.

Now, that being said... this is still something that I'm considering, just because. I've debated getting one, just to do the swap for the heck of it. I mean, it's cheap (there's a reason for it), and it's easy to do. Why not?

I personally disagree

I've noticed a slight difference with my K&N 63 series CAI. Not worth paying full price for the system, catch it on sale on auto anything.

Agree with everyone else. You'll see little to no gain. But aftermarket intakes do look better and they produce a pretty sweet sound
