So, I got a larger tire on my truck and of course now the speedometer is reading wrong. I called the "best delaer" in town who has the "best service department" and they told me they don't know what to do. Is this something I can order something to reprogram it myself, or do I need to take it somewhere? If I need to take it somewhere, what kind of place do I go?

Thanks

Take a look at the AlfaOBD thread. You can program it to any size tire.

^^this

If your not comfortable with the alfaobd another option is to buy a handheld programmer. They are quick and easy to use. This is what I used but on mine 2 years ago before Alfaobd was around.

The good thing about Alfaobd is you can use it for many things, whereas the programmer is only good for tire size changes and gear size changes.

Dealer can do it, IF it is a stock tire size option. They are limited on options.
If not, the best bet are the above options.

I bought the rough country calibration tool before I knew ALFA was out there. I'd go alfa now, because there's so much more you can do with it.

Wouldn't a pulsar chip solve the problem as well ?
