Squeak from engine

Need some help, did a search and couldn’t find anything. Lately I’ve had a squeak in the engine, used a mechanics stethoscope and found it coming from the belt tensioner, so I replaced that and also the belt and idler pulley while I was there. Well the noise is back. Everything has been torqued to spec and it only does it when the engine warms up, never when it’s cold. And I just noticed today that the noise goes away when the fan clutch engages. I have taken the belt off and run the engine, no noise and spun all the pulleys which all seem fine to me. Any ideas before I cave and bring it in???? Thanks

I'd take the fan off and run it up to operating temp to see if the noise is still there. Obviously, you're not going to have airflow, so don't let it run past reaching operating temp without the fan. If you still have the noise, I'd suspect the water pump. You'll be able to tell without the fan noise.
