Start up issues on 2015

Hello,

Recently picked up a 2015 rebel.

Just curious if start up issues were common during the first few thousand ?

twice the engine has stalled on first start for the day. Once using remote starter, the other using the start button.

basically the engine will start and die immediately. Other times it bogs down and recovers.

currently running 87 in it, Could this be the problem ? or do things just need to loosen up a bit. This has me a bit concerned if its struggling in the positive temp range.

Ive got 1100 miles on the ODO on my 15 and mine does it the first start up of the day everytime. It sits for a few days at a time since i only drive it to run errands so i chalked it up to that. Not to worried about it.

My 2015 Longhorn had very hard long cranking starts and sometimes when it fired, it would stumble for a few seconds then recover.

It all went away after 3,500 Km....all is good so far at 5,000 km

if the fuel light is on and u use remote start it won't let it start - but that is different than ur issue- take it to a dealer.

thanks for the replys.

I did have the fuel cap light on at one point, but i cannot remeber if that was the same day or not. Ill keep an eye on that.

Sounds like things just need to loosen up a bit. Appreciate your time.

Mine's never done that,i would take it to the dealer.
