Starting issues

So hey guys I'm new here and I'm new to dodges in general but I having an issue then when I adjust the stearing wheel in my 2000 1500 off road edition the stuck wont start

Adjust the sterring wheel? As in the tilt adjustment? Could be a wire starting to break in the steering column tilt joint.
