They are worse than horrible. I wrote numerous posts about it in a DOR Thread somewhere here on the forum. Could be the PW section but I don't remember.

From what I have heard they don’t reply back. I sent them a question about a product when I first got the pw in 2018 and never got a reply. One person went and ordered this on another forum and it didn’t line up. No response from company when he tried to get customer service.

I have a DOR brace, but like others say, something is going on there. I think the owner is Danny Gadson? Maybe try to call. The DOR brace is different in that it attaches to steering gear frame side only. The others I have seen has a stretcher bar that connects to opposite frame side. First I heard the latter bar type would not work on a Wagon. I don't see where that could be the case. If you go with DOR, get the spacer for the pax side sway bar clamp, keeps things squared and parallel. Is it necessary? Who knows. Claims to keep the sector shaft in line and maybe preventing premature bearing wear. The boxes get sloppy as the truck ages and miles increase. I replaced my box with upgraded unit along with hydra assist (Dethloff) and running the brace too. If the gods are sympathetic, I'll never have to replace the box for the life of of the truck.

I tried reaching out to Danny several different ways cause I got frustrated with calling and emails and no response. He doesn't reply either.

I hear ya. I sent them an email several months ago about a part and have yet to hear back. The Web site is still up, but they have gone dark for some reason. Checked their Facebook page and last post 2+ years ago. Surely there is a forum member that lives in the area that could drive by and see what's going on with them. Or forget about it and move on. Pretty much my position at this point. A lot complaints of unfilled orders, lost orders, persistent mfgr problems, keeping up with supply and demand. Maybe he threw hands up and said screw it.

He was active on another forum and got into ******* contest with another vendor. That's about the time all the odd behavior started. Helluva way to run a business

I didn't see the hydroassist on the Dethloff website.

Might have to call him, I just looked no kits on Web site. THis pandemic has wrecked havoc on manufacturing and can't keep up with demand. PSC steering also carries kits. Now that I see you have MY18, fitment could be an issue, but I can't imagine FCA changed the steering gearbox. I checked MOPAR Parts Giant and while the model years had different part numbers, both were replaced by part # 68210720AC. I would expect a PSC reseller has a kit in stock somewhere.

and all these warnings are why i am loath to even consider any business with them. if their business practices are this bad along with the communication, i can not put trust into their build quality.

I installed the DOR brace a year ago. Shipped fast, install was easy and everything lined up as it was supposed to. Really helped tighten up the steering and keeps the steering wheel straight on the crowned roads.
Not sure what issues people had with them in the past, but I had no issues.
