Steering Column/Signal Lever Issue (Thudding Vibration)

Hey boys, been having a weird issue lately with my 2013 half ton. Kind of hard to explain and might sound stupid. It's like a non - rythmatic thudding/beating sensation/vibration you can really feel it through the signal light lever and a little bit on the plastic casing steering column under the steering wheel if you rest your hand on it. Happens driving straight down the highway all speeds maybe a bit more while turning, The only thing I can think of it being is maybe the electronic power steering? Just hoping someone else might have had this issue before any ideas would be much appreciated.
