Folks, I'm sure some of you have this problem with the steering in your Dodge Ram.
I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500, and the steering has a little play. The steering wheel moves 1/8 inch to each side, but this play in the steering can be dangerous at freeway speeds.
Checking where the play might be, I discovered it's close to the small U-joint where the steering wheel attach to the column. just below where the turn signal lever is. See below image

Does anyone know how to disassemble that part? Or have any idea how to fix this problem?

Im having the same issue and that's why im here. Unfortunately mine is worse than 1/8 but driving straight i bet I can turn my steering wheel at least 3-4 inches in each direction. At high way speeds if a officer was behind me, he might even think that im under the influence.
