Steering Wheel Audio Controls

On my 98 Ram I would like to install factory steering wheel controls. Has any body tried this and is it possible. , I am using an aftermarket Pioneer stereo

Pioneer probably makes an adapter to use factory controls. Otherwise I'm not sure how to swap the controls over but I would assume you need the pig tails and cruise control switches from a truck with steering controls, as well as any additional connectors. Look at the fsm for your truck and see if you can find some wiring diagrams for the circuit.
