Steering wheel noise

Hi guys, just wondering if any of you have had this problem, I hear a loud click from my steering wheel at about 1/4 Turn from center in either direction want an idea what parts I might need

First place I'd look is track arm.

Thanks I should clarify the sound is coming from the steering column under the steering wheel

There is an intermediate shaft with a universal joint. Maybe it's loose or binding up.
