Step side bumper?

When I look at aftermarket rear bumpers they say Standard Bed. Does that mean that it won’t fit my stepside? When I bought the truck it had a chunk of wood where the bumper should be.

Will need a pic of that when done The LMC shows several bumpers for the 70's Dodge Trucks,

the full size bumper fits on the step side. I have a step bumper off a 78 on my step side. its full width so will stick out to the sides. Not sure if they ever made a step side specific narrow bumper. If you want a chrome non-step bumper, LMC truck has them.

I'll try to post a pic of how mine looks so you can get a better idea.

yeah, not perfect, but better than a chunk of wood. and I'm not willing to shell out the $$ for the fancy chrome bumper
