My controls on the left back side of my steering wheel just quit working. It controls changing the station. Is there a fuse involved? Worked perfect until yesterday.

The right back side that controls the volume still works.

Could be a bad clockspring, wouldn't be a fuse if the radio works.

My 24 2500 is doing almost the same thing, except all buttons on the left side are dead and back lighting is also out. Right side volume control is also not working.

I took it to the dealer today(10-22-24) and was told the clock spring and steering column harness need to be replaced. They said that the clock spring is about 5 days out. They also found the automatic seat control button is sticking. They said it would fix the phantom that was trying to adjust the driver’s seat when I would stop for traffic lights.
