Hey Guys! Bought my 2013 reg cab two weeks ago. Last weekend did tint, subwoofer install, debadged doors. Last night I ordered the Diablo Intune with Hemi fever tuning. I am going to use the 93 octane when it arrives. Two questions, what are the power increases on the truck now, stock? What should I expect with the Hemi fever as far as an increase over the Diablo 93 tune? Prolly installing a 180 thermostat today if Autozone has it in stock. Vararam, trip to local exhaust shop coming up shortly. I ordered my build sheet from Chrysler, I am stuck with 3.55 gears for now. Will Motive 4.10's or 4.30 fit my differential housing? Did a powerbrake burnout last weekend, looks like I have an open diff. That's another expensive issue I am looking to fix. O.K., that was more than two questions! Thanks Guys!

First off nice truck and second your truck will feel night and day difference with the HF tune. Heck mine felt night and day just from the canned tunes. I believe you will have to machine the carrier to get the motives to fit. So far people have done factory 4.10s and factory LSD with no problems. Good luck with your build, you will never want to drive a stock one after that.

Thanks for the reply.. I found a used limited slip with 3.92's on Craigslist.. I'm thinking the suspension changes may be a problem with this rearend? I priced the factory 4.10's.. Twice as much as Motive, if I remember correctly. Fitment, whining issues with anything other than o.e.m. gears? This is my fourth Dodge since 2000. Bought am 04' off the lot. Still learning about this 13'.. it is not as simple as the 04' to mod, but still, I like this one much better! oh, BTW, the rear I found was an 09'.

Hey man! Congrats on the truck and welcome!

Looks like you aren't waisting any time getting some modding done! :)

Like Etroze said, the HF tune is night and day from stock. As far as the gears go, I went from 3.55 open diff to oem 4.10s and lsd. It's not cheap but worth it.

Post up so more pics of your new ride! Thanks

It is the same rear end size wise as the older 9.25's. The difference is they changed the carrier. You could use the used lsd and gears provided there is no unusual wear, just get all new bearings. Otherwise get a factory lsd and 4.10's from moes and call it good.

Personally, I would not put used (true history unkown) diff parts on a newer truck. Especially, on something as critical as that. Just MHO

Thanks guys, I was thinking it would be much less of a headache to rebuild the 09' limited slip. When I had my single cab 04', I was on a forum back then, several guys went to 4.56.. I have a 90 mile roundtrip to work 5 days a week. I don't wanna spend a house note on premium every month! I was thinking maybe 4.30's.... On the fence! A 3000 stall may very well be in my future as well! once it starts!! Ha Ha!! I'm thinking of dropping the tire height to 29 1/2 inches to 30 inches to numerically increase overall ratio from stock. Looks better to me, of course, then I gotta drop it 2/4 also! It never ends..

I would drop it off at a shop with a blank check, replace everything. It has 79,000 miles on it. The way I drive, it wouldn't last a week without a full rebuild.

HA Ha!! I spent a house note on Tattoo's in the last 5 weeks. Working on half sleeves. Maybe I would get more use out of a super charger! Current girlfriend has been around 3 months. A new record! something gotta be wrong with her! How do these trucks do with a true dual 3 inch exhaust? Thinking hi flow cats and dual Magnaflows. I am just gonna crank the radio, my two 10 inch Kickers will drown out the mds drone.

Tattoos are a good investment too. They're body mods! :)

Other guys can answer the true dual question better than me, I have the MF 16869.

As for the MDS, just turn it off with your DS tuner, or Hemifever will turn it off anyways.

I have the true duals going into a DI/DO 18" Magnaflow and love it. Sounds awesome!

I was thinking the 14 inch Magnaflows. Local guy here will build, install any exhaust at his shop. Thinking of starting by adding 3 inch, X pipe, cutting out resonators, hi flow cats- not sure if Hemi fever can do cat sensor delete in my tune- and running out of the stock tips. You experienced no losses on bottom end with your set up? I'm not sure if this motor needs backpressure in the exhaust. But, I'm bout to find out!! LOL!
