I was installing a radio in my 2019 ram 2500 big horn. I found a 12 volt continuous wire under the driver side coming through the firewall . As I was skinning the red looks like a #10 wire back, I touched it to a ground and it has not been hot since. Everything is still working as far as i can tell i am thanking it might be the trailer breaks checked all the fuses that i can find all still good . If anyone has any idea on what i might have blown please help me out. Thanks in advance for any help I am going to try to post a couple photos . no luck on the photos

Take a closer look on the fuses. They can blow and just glancing at them they still look good.

Have someone check trailer plug with volt meter while you engage trailer brake tab, that will confirm if it is or not the problem area. Alternative is to check each fuse for continuity, they could look fine but not be. Start with bigger fuses, that is a hefty wire. Good luck.
