Has anyone messed with the advanced tuning settings with a Superchips? I havent noticed any difference between the 87 and 91 octane quick tune settings. One thing I did notice is when you select the 87 or 91 octane, it doesn't even set the rev limiter to 6500. Just wondering what I could set the other settings to maybe see more of a difference?

Bumping up for the Super chips people. I dont think they allow you to touch timing or fuel, if it does DO NOT touch it unless your have an A/F meter and done it before.

You have to set the rev and speed limiters manually. I think it's under 'other options' or something like that.

The rev limiter, unless they changed it over the last few years, refers to the reving in park/nuetral. Basically dont touch it if that is the case. The WOT shift points are another thing, if your truck is stock with stock springs, dont go over 6100. I'd only go up to the 6500 mark IF you have the 6.1 springs AND a cam that needs it reved that high, otherwise your shooting yourself in the foot with the stock cam and can break a spring and do all sorts of bad stuff to the engine.
