I have a 2018 5.7 quad cab 2wd.
I wore the stock tires out in 26k and am now at almost 60K on a set of Cooper Discoverer H/T Plus tires in stock 275/60R20 size that are about ready for replacement. I also have some aftermarket air bags for the rear coil springs.
I tow a Forest River 260RT toy hauler that goes probably 6000 pounds give or take. I rarely run more than 10 psi in the airbags because I have a weight distribution hitch.
Now that my baseline is set I'm looking to replace the tires, shocks and possibly get a leveling kit for the front end.
Tires I'm looking at are more heavy duty and less street truck oriented than what I have now as well as wider. Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT with an E load rating in 305/55R20 size.
Looking for advice on shocks and what kind of leveling kit to get. My plan right now is to keep the air bags as a helper in case I need to carry a heavy load in the back or if I'm carrying a trailer without my WD hitch. I'm also accepting criticisms of what I have and my plan.
