The small harness is actually gone. The guy who owned the truck before me put on a set of clear tail lights and when he changed them he used a different wire harness to connect to his lights. The stock wire harness has one connector that goes into the circuit board to run all three lights, the one he used has two connections where you plug the bulb into each socket and then push in and turn into the light housing. I need the harness that will connect to the circuit board. it's about 18" long and has one connector on each end. The dealer wants $103 for each side

Ah ok starting to make sense he prob had a Euro set on there that required a diff harness. Go into your user CP at the top of the forum, get into that and see on the left side where it says send PM, hit that and type in user ***. He is a great guy to deal with and can check his yard for those harness and can give you a price.

Thanks for the info. I've started to think a little bit about this issue. When I first mentioned the problem I was having everyone seem to think it was the circuit board that was not functioning properly which made perfect sense. So I started to look into replacing those. But now that I know I don't have them on the truck at all it can't be the board that is causing the problem. Now I'm wondering if I go to the expense of going back to stock lights with the circuit boards if I won't still have the same problem. is it possible that the problem is in the wiring harness that the circuit board plugs into? I would hate to buy all new lights and wire and still have the same issue.
