well just wanted to take a second to mention something I think a lot of us forget about.

Since the day I got my truck, approx 3 years ago, I have been on a quest to improve the ride, which I found to be bone shattering after hitting the smallest bumps. Replaced shocks, and coils, and added a sway bar on the rear. all helped, but nothing to significant.

was getting ready to throw in the towel and start replacing **** left and right, ball joints, idler and pitman arm, control arm bushings, etc, and then upon inspection discovered that the factory equipped 4 greaseable joints! so took the 5 minutes to pump grease in there and the ride is incredible in comparison. joints must have been bone dry. I am thoroughly enjoying the ride now.

my friend with a 2002 furd says his truck came with nothing greaseable. so I consider us to be lucky.

I plan on replacing the dry rotted sway bar bushings and the sway links and calling it done!

Many manufacturers have gotten rid of zurks because when you drill a hole in something it weakens it. Plus today's greases last a very long time. My '98 F150 doesn't have any either and I've replaced NO major suspension parts. Only shocks.
