Take out 3in lift kit

Hi Guys I am from australia I just bought a 2005 dodge ram twin turbo 5.9
It has a 3in lift kit in it. Could some one PLEASE tell me what to do.The rear is not a problem, Its the front that I am not sure of. I think the diff rods have been changed. Do I make then 3ins shorter??? Help

Which rods are you talking about. Can you post some pics if you arent sure?

Greetings to Australia! As mentioned, pictures are always helpful. Do you know if this is a body lift or suspension lift?

Hi guys sorry about not reply sooner ok it is a suspension lift. The rods are the 4 behind the diff 2 on each side 1 top & one bottom.
