Taylor 8mm Shorties

I wish I had enough time and patience to do a nice, full write up, but...

#1 it's one of the easiest mods you can do. Seriously. Took no time at all and it's not possible to mess up.

#2 I was just so damn eager to get em done!

So here are a few pictures.

For easiest access remove your intake

Any time you take off the intake it's a good idea, IMO, to clean your throttle body. Easy, and effective. 4 bolts and its off.

You can see here the plug boot and where it connects to the coil.

Instead of running a wire completely across the engine it all stays on the same cylinder. From coil straight to spark plug.


Here's the finished product minus the intake.

Like i said, very easy, and looks great. Not a bad way to spend $70 and a few minutes under the hood.

The new shorties look great. I always preferred the look of shorties over that birdsnest of wires that comes from the factory.
