Temorary Spare Replacement

My 2016 Big Horn has a temporary spare mounted under the bed. I don't really care for the temporary spare and would like to replace it with a regular wheel and tire. Would this fit? Is it a a common practice? It's probably a dumb question, but I don't know the answer. I appreciate any input.
