Im looking at selling mind also. I hate doing so because Im not one to push problems on to someone else. These new rams have so much electrics and problem the dealers have no idea now to fix them, and thats geting old. Friend has a new 21 2100 miles that just stop dead in the street. The dealer has had the truck for more than a month, took the dealer 2 weeks before giving him a rental. Last time I spoke to him hes going to use lemon law for the state of florida. Dealer has had truck longer then he has. God was riding in the cab of my sons 2019 ram when his stop dead on a major hi way in Houston at about 10PM at night, the only thing that saved him from being hit was the car behind him was a police officer.
Mopor is not going to do anything until forced to, bwhen people start getting killed.

I would luv to get a Hydro Blue 2500 with the 6.4 but all that is here are Tradesman's, not want to go down in trim, even though I have MY 19 Lowly Bighorn. Sincerely doubt I do ne thing, cause, as they say in NJ, I have the "Pink Slip", no payments, LOL.

Well I sold the Ram to Vroom last week and took the equity and paid cash for an old GMC Sierra. Sort of a more modern day project vehicle that I can tinker with but with some conveniences and dependable enough to get me where I need to go.

Vroom offered me $46K for it against $37K owed so I said the hell with it. It was a nice truck but I was not attached to it yet like I was my previous 4th GEN so it was pretty easy to let it go.

I will continue to be member here because I still enjoy the forum especially the “Synthetic Oil” thread.

Heres a pic of the “new” truck.
Glad you found what you wanted. I'm keeping my RAM for a very long time. It's paid for and runs awesome.

No AFM on the earlier models. My pop has a 2008 with the 5.3 with AFM. It’s been turned off since like 30-40K. He runs Redline 5W30 in it too. I absolutely hate the newer models. Had two of them that were real POS.
By the way I saw this at the gas station this morning. Gave me a good laugh. Now I’ll probably get banned from the forum, lol.
My dad had two 07s and they were awful trucks.

'07 was the first year of a redesign. I'm not surprised they were aweful. GM drove their trucks of a cliff with that redesign OMHO, and was the beginning of the end of my relationship with GM vehicles.

My brother has a 10 and its been ok I guess. I never hear him complain. I know with both 07s they suffered from the LS knock when starting up. My work truck is a 02 4.8 extend cab. Minus the transmission and the now a/c wanting to work when its hot its been solid. Not one issue. I agree. I went in wanting a 07-12 I actually looked at a 12 bright red with black leather crew cab I believe it had the 6.2 in it. Chevy dealership didn't want to deal so I went to another lot and test drove the Ram after being convinced to just try it. I never looked back.

Well, I did about the same thing we had TWO trucks one up in IL and the Ram down in FL, sold the Ram for good money and we'll be driving my 2007 Nissan Titan which I bought new and only has 28,000 mi on it. No sense letting it go to hell just sitting, wife likes it better altho nor nearly as loaded up it's a little smaller around the corners and easier to park for her. I personally like the 5.6 titan motor. There will be another 2019 up Ram in my future but not right now with these stupid prices. We can afford to wait. Good luck with the GM to me sounds like you made a good choice
Titans are what I drove for 15 years. I don't like the new version, but if I could have found a no-miles 2015 or earlier I probably would have bought that. It definitely drove "smaller" than the Ram. On ride quality, there's no comparison - the Ram is like being in a Cadillac. I loved the drivetrain in my Titan, though - it's my favorite drivetrain of any truck I've ever owned. The gearing was perfect in that truck. I'm surprised I never saw you around the Titan forums.

I have no complaints about my Ram, though. It's ridiculously comfortable, loaded with every option I could even imagine wanting, looks good and drives nice. And I paid less than $37k for it brand new and got another almost $10k in tax savings from the new tax writeoff. So how could I complain? :p
