Throttle cable problem when installing throttlebody spacer

Bought a 04 1500 in good condition couple months ago and added K&N intake and bought a AirRaid throttle body spacer to increase mpg slightly. Sat on the spacer for awhile and when I finally went to install it I've found the increase in distance from the spacer makes the throttle cable to short. I'm so so as a mechanic so I'm kinda stuck here. The utube vids didn't cover this lol. Also I forgot to mention it's a manual transmission. Thanx in advance for advice on how to lengthen the cable.

I believe the spacer is a waste on a stock motor. Ya won't gain much from it.

K. I also have a K/N cold air intake and a flowmaster exhaust. Plus I bought it understanding there is mixed opinions on how much return you get, because I went to a forum on whether or not people belived in it's usefulness. Now I'm looking for ideas on installing it.

I wouldn’t even waste your time bud in all honesty. Tbs are for carbed or boosted engines for the most part, your exhaust is a good mod also the cai but 86 that tbs! Go to Airram.com that guy has a 4.7 maxed out, I don’t think he could get another single hp out of it, he’s done everything possible to a 4.7 to make it more powerful.

It's not going to do any good in your application. You got suckered. You would get more ROI on a bigger TB than you would with that paperweight of a spacer. To make it work properly you'd have to rework the mounting bracket for the cable so that it is closer and that you still get full range of motion.
