Tiny moons in paint

OK so I just picked up a 2016 Dodge 1500 sport in white I am the first owner and it only has 5000 km the other day when I was washing it I noticed on my hood I have tiny gray moons in a few different spots under the clearcoat anybody know what would cause that from factory

Can't say for sure if it's the same issue I had but my white truck was completely repainted due to how bad the paint really was ON EVERY PANEL. I was told that what looked like debris in the paint was actually the primer, long story short, the primer was either not completely dried/cured or something before the paint was applied. I'm sure there is a better explanation but that's the best I can recollect at the moment.

Damn hard to see the "blemishes" on the white trucks..............

Ok thx I'm not to worried about it iv only found a few of them and it's under the clear coat so it shouldn't start rust
