I have a 2013 RAM 1500 with 20" stock alum. wheels 275/60R20. I have someone who wants to trade me his wheels which are Open Country 35x12.5R22LT. I have no lift or level kit and want to know if the Open Country tires will fit on my truck without rubbing. I can handle a little rubbing but was told by someone if I hit a bump I could damage my fender... the person who owns the Open Country tires does not know the offset of the wheels and says they are currently on his 2004 RAM with no lift. So if any of you tire/wheel buffs could help me I would really appreciate it. I have attached pictures of my truck, wheels, a picture of the back of my wheels and the Open Country tires I want to put on it. Thanks for all the help in advance and FYI first time poster here. Thanks again!

If the tires cannot fit, what kind of lift will I need? Sorry I do not know anything about lifts, level kits, spacers etc. etc. Talked to someone at a offroad specialist shop and he seemed to be "taking advantage" of me with some very high prices on a lift.. So any advice on what would be best/cheapest for my truck so I can use those tires would be great.. I am a cnc machinist so I could probably install a level kit myself.

35/12.50's will not fit on stock suspension. you need atleast a leveling kit, and possibly wheel spacers depending on the offset of those rims.
